Tourist Information about Cuba

Cuba. The largest Caribbean island and home to some of the best coastlines in the world. But the beauty of Cuba doesn’t stop at its beaches and bays. Away from the sand and water is a country that is vibrant and alive with the sounds of salsa and Caribbean music, the smell of rum cocktails, fresh tropical fruits and its famed cigars. It towns and cities are filled with colonial Spanish architecture, vistas, villas and plazas and classic cars the likes of which bring you to the classic age of the 50’s.
In 1492 Christopher Columbus stumbled upon Cuba on his way back to Spain from his second voyage to the new worlds and made the wrong assumption that he had landed on a continent rather than an island. Yet, an island it is and due to (or thanks to) political isolation its 746 miles of land is unspoiled by tourism leaving its coastline and beaches pristine and very much a wonder to be experienced.
